At Home Workouts with Demos

**Participants will be asked to sign in at least 5 mins before class

all you need is a mat, weights and/or bands, water**

**Wellness Workshops will consist of different topics and will be interactive. Participates will be asked to sign in 5 mins before. Bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

These hardcover notebooks are dateless and each have 160 pages - that consists of large font, multiple quote pages for inspiration and two ribbon bookmarks.
